Founding Partner & CEO
Albert is Co-Founder of Rock Eleven Group and Founder of DDC Financial Group, and an experienced entrepreneur and investor focused on driving growth, strategic partnerships, and innovation across alternative investments, private capital networks, and entrepreneurial ventures.
Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Albert developed an early foundation in business, resilience, and opportunity. In 2009, he relocated to Europe, marking a pivotal step in expanding his global perspective and professional reach. Since then, he has built a strong international network and gained extensive experience working across both U.S. and European markets, with a focus on cross-border investments and strategic business development.
At Rock Eleven Group, he helps lead the firm’s strategic vision, working on initiatives that bridge private capital with innovative ventures.
Kenneth Frith
Founding Partner & Chairman
Kenneth Frith is Co-Founder and Chairman of Rock Eleven Group, bringing decades of experience across both the entertainment industry and real estate investment. A seasoned film and television producer, Kenneth has contributed to major Hollywood productions, including Another 48 Hrs., Se7en, and Die Hard with a Vengeance, establishing a strong reputation within the industry for his creative insight and production expertise.
Beyond his work in film and television, Kenneth has built a successful career in real estate investments and development. He has been involved in identifying, acquiring, and developing high-value properties, leveraging his strategic vision and business acumen to create long-term value across projects.
At Rock Eleven Group, Kenneth plays a key leadership role as Chairman, guiding the firm’s strategic direction and supporting its growth across investment platforms and partnerships. His unique combination of entertainment industry experience and real estate expertise provides a diversified perspective that contributes to the group’s broader vision and success.
Guntra Upeniece
Investor Relations - EMEA
Guntra leads Investor Relations for EMEA at Rock Eleven Group, bringing a dynamic blend of international experience in sales, fundraising, and operations. An MBA graduate with a strong foundation in sports management, she has built a career centered on driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and supporting strategic expansion across diverse markets.
She has worked across both the United States and Europe, developing a deep understanding of cross-border business dynamics and investor engagement. She has successfully led initiatives that enhance capital raising efforts while fostering long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders. Known for her results-driven approach and strong communication skills, she plays a key role in connecting investors with opportunities and ensuring a seamless, relationship-focused experience.
At Rock Eleven Group, Guntra contributes to the firm’s growth by managing investor relationships across the EMEA region, supporting business development strategies, and helping expand the firm’s global network.

Dr. Ahmed Mansour
Member of the Capital Committee
Dr. Ahmed Mansour serves as CEO of the Private Department of H.H. Sheikh Mohamed Bin Khalid Al Nahyan, and is also a CEO and board member of KSH Investments, the global wealth, strategic investment, and asset management arm of the Private Department.
Following significant milestones within the Group and the successful debut issuance of the Private Department’s Sukuk in the debt capital markets in 2023, Dr. Mansour was appointed Group CEO of the Private Department.
He is the Founder and President of Profit Consultancy, a leading financial services group, and serves as Partner and Board Advisor at Kairos Financial Group, with operations across Switzerland, the UAE, Mauritius, and Singapore.
Dr. Mansour oversees the Capital Committee at Rock Eleven Group, contributing strategic direction and investment oversight.

A former leader of the British Airways VIP Club, she built a distinguished career delivering bespoke experiences and premium services to high-net-worth individuals and global clientele.
As the Founder of Maggie Draycott Associates, she has advised luxury brands, private clients, and organizations on tailored travel, lifestyle strategy, and brand positioning. Her work is defined by a deep understanding of elite client expectations, discretion, and the ability to curate exceptional, personalized experiences.
In addition to her commercial work, Maggie is actively involved in supporting global philanthropic initiatives, aligning her network and expertise with causes that drive meaningful impact. At Rock Eleven Group, she provides strategic insight and advisory support, enhancing the firm’s relationships within the luxury, private client, and global partnership landscape.
Stephen Birkwood
Strategic Partner - Family Office
Stephen is a Strategic Partner - Family Office at Rock Eleven Group, bringing over 25 years of experience across capital markets, structured finance, and global corporate services. A graduate of the London School of Economics (LSE) in Economics, Stephen has built a distinguished career at some of the world’s leading financial institutions, including senior roles at Citi, Deutsche Bank, and JPMorgan.
Throughout his career, Stephen has specialized in complex financial structuring, capital solutions, and advising institutional and private clients across multiple regions. He has also led global corporate services initiatives, overseeing operations and strategic development across international markets, further strengthening his expertise in cross-border finance and organizational leadership.
Stephen is also a Partner at Lonmile, a leading multi-family office, where he works closely with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, providing strategic guidance on investments, wealth preservation, and long-term financial planning.
At Rock Eleven Group, Stephen contributes deep institutional knowledge and a global perspective, supporting the firm’s family office relationships, investment strategies, and capital partnerships.
James Morgan

James Morgan is a Strategic Partner at Rock Eleven Group, and a dynamic business leader and investor known for driving strategic growth, building high-performing teams, and scaling innovative ventures.
With a strong track record across diverse industries and global markets, James brings a results-oriented approach that blends disciplined execution with bold, forward-looking vision. Julien Draper

Julien Draper is a strategic partner of Rock Eleven Group and a venture capital investor, former professional racing driver, and business advisor with experience across finance, motorsport, and conservation. He is known for combining commercial investment expertise with a high-performance mindset.
With a career spanning private equity, venture capital, and motorsport, Draper has built an extensive global network and broad commercial experience. He has supported the growth of high-potential businesses, focusing on international scaling, strategic partnerships, and ESG initiatives. He was previously a partner at Knife Capital and later joined Blackthorn, where he has advised on investments in rare and exceptional racing cars.
The son of a highly successful car collector, Draper has spent a lifetime around exotic cars and motorsport.
Carmen Rizzo

Carmen Rizzo is a strategic partner and advisor, as well as a two-time Grammy and three-time Juno–nominated American record producer, electronic artist, and composer renowned for pioneering the fusion of electronic and world music. Carmen Rizzo has built an internationally respected career working across genres, blending traditional global sounds with modern electronic production.

Pritan Ambroase is a strategic partner and advisor, as well as a film director, producer, media entrepreneur, and human rights activist. Pritan Ambroase is best known as the CEO and Editor-in-Chief of The Hollywood Insider, a platform he has transformed into a purpose-driven media outlet focused on meaningful, substance-led entertainment.
Under his leadership, The Hollywood Insider has evolved to blend entertainment with education, philanthropy, and global human rights advocacy, promoting content that emphasizes integrity, inclusivity, and social impact. Ambroase’s work centers on using media as a force for positive change, bridging storytelling with real-world issues.
